Assassination? Me?     I'm in a hospital. It has to be, everything smells like disinfectant. Why can't they make it smell more welcoming? Where is everyone? The halls shouldn't be empty like this. It's too quiet. There should be people running around. Sun's up, it's not after hours. Why am I here? An appointment. Someone has an appointment, an important one. Was it the kids? Are they sick, hurt? Are they with their dad? Does he have them? Have to find the kids, have to find my husband. God, the halls are so empty. I'm the only one in the world right now. But someone's moving behind this door, I can hear them talking. Good a place to start as any. Maybe they can help. Maybe they have answers. I need answers. Answers are good.

ghost.yesterday i traveled among the leaves and buried critter life below my feet at the ravines. i cracked around tree branches that littered the moistened, moss-brown ground and made a symphony for the sky. mud plastered to my ligs, sticky brown socks that stretched all the way to my knees, and my fingers pricked the evergreen needles by the river. i stayed, venturing through the rest of the forest until twilight carved purple-pink cotton candy and the sun faded like a dying light into the darkness. that night, i walked home with the stars holding my hands. it was april 16th.

Eternal Sunset
      A world in which you could see beauty, yet see nothing...  Interesting, no?  It's strange how things can be held out in front of you, yet you can never reach them.  Or if you do reach them, they are useless to you once you get them.
      This in mind, allow yourself to be immersed in a world that hold the most beautiful sunset.  Wonderful golds, reds, oranges and yellows fill the sky.  Clouds are here and there, yet they have just the right bit of contrast - a nice glow from the sun.
      The light is so strong, that it causes everything to appear as a silhouette.  Everything is incredibly dark, yet the very edges reflect light beautifully, adding to the scene.  As your eyes shift it's gaze downwards, you start noticing something.  The dark landscape in the distance stretches even towards you.  You ca
Akumu no yo na pasuSteps. Carefully hewn from marble, set in a pathway of flowers. It was a sign of civilization, but there was no one to be seen. He walked up them, the light of day burning his neck as he did so. His head rang slightly with a throb, and he rubbed his head.
Streets. Cobbled, with small trenches on each side, to accommodate the wooden wheels of a cart. He stopped, watching one roll by with silent speed, breaking against the metal of a lamppost.
Light. The day had faded as quickly as he had stepped into the small square of commerce. It was night, the stars starting to fade from existence before him. All that was left was a blanket of darkness, no longer decorated with the sequins sewn on to the universal tapestry by Arachne. He looked up at the lamp post.
It read: Akumu no yō na pasu.
He suddenly froze, as if a cold knife was running down his spine. The houses around him started to disappear, disintegrating into multicoloured pyreflies. The lights flew around him, spinning in a vortex
